Congratulations to Abby Hedstrom & Brooke Benson for finding the duck of the day.

Today: Homecoming Week – Cardinal Pride Day. All School Mass – 8:10 a.m. 9:00 a.m. – Senior Did You Know/Cardinal Olympics. 10:15 a.m. – Pep Rally. 11:00 a.m. Booster Club Cook-out. Noon Dismissal. End of 1st quarter. Football at SMH with North Central – 7:30 p.m. Senior Night.

Homecoming date sign-in sheet is at the Office. If you are bring a date from any other school, you need to sign them in.

The Football team is selling vector auto graphics. They are $15.00 and there are only 36 available. Please bring money to Coach Allen and he will give you the graphic and information on how to apply the graphic. Money raised will go toward replacing helmets.

Saturday, October 14th: Homecoming Dance in Parish Hall 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Boys & Girls Basketball players – on Monday, October 16th eat lunch quick, then come to the Common’s. Kelly from Stadium Sports will be here to show you basketball shoes.

Monday, October 16th: JH Girls Basketball practice will start 8th period.

Tuesday, October 17th: Volleyball (A) at O-C Triangular (Orchard) – 5/6/7 p.m. (SMH will play the 6 & 7 pm games), bus leaves at 4:15 p.m. (There will be a Pink-out at the volleyball games – fans are encouraged to wear pink and support the Pink-out).

To: Parents of Seniors and Juniors of St. Mary's

When: Wed. October 18th at 7 pm in SMH Commons

Parents of all Seniors and Juniors need to attend. We encourage Junior parents to participate to prepare for the next year. Any questions contact Susie Kramer at 402-340-3747 or Tara Osborne at 402-336-6430. Please talk to your students and bring ideas for 2018 Post Prom. We look forward to seeing you as we plan a fun and safe night for our students.

The North Central District Health Department will be offering Flu Shots to anyone interested during Parent Teacher Conferences from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Thursday, October 19th. There is no appointment needed and all family members are welcome. Please bring your insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare card.

Wednesday, October 18th: All School Mass – 8:10 a.m.

All junior high & high schools students are encouraged to help sell raffle tickets for the upcoming Parish Auction. This is the largest fundraiser all year for both the school & parish. Tickets can be picked up from Jennifer in the Parish Office - ALL tickets, even unsold, must be returned to Jennifer by October 30. To sweeten the pot -- you can win CASH for helping out. Whoever sells the most tickets will win $100, 2nd will receive $75, 3rd will receive $50, and 4th will receive $25. (Tickets include the Husker suite, Ipad, TV, and freezer with meat. Car tickets can only be sold by those 18 & older.)
