LaSalle House is having a Toy Drive for kids in the Hospital ER. The drive will end today. The House with the most toys brought, will get a sweat/jeans/favorite shirt day, and 2nd place will get a jeans day. Toys to bring: cards, small puzzles, legos, duplos, crayons/markers, coloring books, card games (UNO, Go Fish, Old Maid, Monopoly Deal).
10th & 11th grade students who are willing to be trained as Lectors or EMHC's, should turn in their Request Forms to the office today or as soon as possible.
O’Neill Blue Dolphins sign-up is May 5th at the O’Neill City Office (401 E. Fremont). If you have questions call 402-340-9954.
Steubenville Fundraiser – Pancake Breakfast hosted by the students attending the Steubenville Conference this summer. Sunday, May 6th at the KC Hall in O’Neill from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. A free-will donation will be taken and all proceeds will help offset the cost of attending the conference. Looking for 7 or 8 more students to help with this. Please contact Will Otte if you can help.
Students – please check the Lost & Found box over by Mr. Allen’s Office. Items left when school is out will be taken to Goodwill.
National History Day Fundraiser – Pork Wing Meal at St. Mary’s Common’s on May 8th from 5 – 7:30 p.m. Sit down or take-out will be offered. Free will donation to help offset the cost of attending the National History Day June 10 -14 in Washington DC.
Tuesday, May 8th: JH Track at Plainview Invite – 12:30 p.m. (bus leaves at 10:40 am).
Wednesday, May 9th: Class “D” District Track at Rock County (Bassett), bus leaves at 7:50 a.m.
Football meeting – Thursday, May 10th at 3:40 p.m. in the Lecture Hall for all boys grades 7-11.
Thursday, May 10th: Ascension – All School Mass 8:10 a.m.
Niobrara volleyball league forms and payment are due to Miss Ginter by Friday, May 11th. League is for High School only!
The Holt County Road Department has Job openings for Seasonal help for 2018 at the O’Neill shop. Must be 18 years of age. Must have driver’s license. Duties include Equipment operations and manual labor. Submit a resume or applications are available at Holt County Road Dept., 1806-108th Rd., O’Neill, NE 68763, 402-336-3888.
Bartak Glass is looking for a candidate interested in a career with them.. Someone with good character, solid work ethic and someone who enjoys working with the public and working outdoors. This person should has an aptitude for Math and building. They are ready to train someone who wants a career as a Glazier with Bartak Glass.
