Today: Semester Exams 8:00 a.m. until Noon. Basketball at SMH with North Central (JVG-1qrt.,JVB,VG,VB) 4:15/5/6:30/8:00 p.m. (Concessions – Bosco).

JH Rotating periods Monday, January 6th - 2nd period: “C” Day – 5th period “White Day”.

Tuesday January 7th - 2nd period: “C” Day and 5th period “White Day”.

Cheerleaders will be sponsoring an “Ugly Sweater” night at the games tonight.

There will be a potato bar sponsored by the Student Council during the game tonight.

Saturday, December 21st: HS Wrestling at Osmond – 10:00 a.m.

Gym (GS/HS) Moratorium – December 22 through December 26th.

Friday, December 27th: Niobrara-Verdigre Holiday Basketball Tournament in Verdigre. SMH Girls will play Santee at 3:00 p.m. SMH Boys will play Santee Boys at 4:30 p.m. Bus leaves at 1:15 p.m.

Saturday, December 28th: Niobrara-Verdigre Holiday Basketball Tournament in Verdigre – TBA.

Saturday, January 4th: Pleasanton Wrestling Meet – 8:00 a.m.

Lost & Found – Please check the table in the Commons, it is full of items! Items left after December 20 will be taken to the thrift shop.

The KC Freethrow Contest will be held on Sunday, January 5th, 2020 at the St. Mary's gym. The doors will open at 12 noon and the contest will begin at 1 p.m. Attached is the entry form. Ages 9 through 14 as of January 1, 2020, are eligible. If you would be able to let the students know about this I would appreciate it.

Monday, January 6th: School Resumes – 8:00 a.m.

Tuesday, January 7th: Basketball at SMH with Allen (JVB,VB) – 6/7:30 p.m.

Wednesday, December 8th: All School Mass – 8:10 a.m. (Juniors). JH/HS Benediction (Juniors) – 3:00 p.m.

Snowball Dance Dress Code

The school body voted on Semi-formal dress for the Snowball Dance.

This means short Homecoming-like dresses for girls and dress shirt & tie for the boys. NO JEANS.

The dance is Jan. 17.
