Congratulations to the JH Boys Football team for their win over North Central last night.

Today: Softball at Wisner NEN Quad. – 4:30 p.m. (dismiss at 1:45 pm). Volleyball (A) SMH – 5:30/6:30 p.m. Senior Parent’s Night for Volleyball.

Students – right after lunch today, please move your bags from the gym to the Commons, so the gym can be sprayed.

Reminder: Cell phones are to be turned off and left in your locker from 8:00 am - 3:30 pm. Phones that are on and/or ringing in lockers will be confiscated and the device policy in the handbook will be in effect.

We will be having our Homecoming Candidate picture for the Holt County Independent this Thursday, September 17th after lunch. All seniors will need to dress up that day as we will be taking the picture for the paper.

Just a reminder for athletes and students in the building after school. We need to make sure that we are wearing our face coverings before/after practices while we are in the building. We have been doing an excellent job throughout the school day and want to make sure that this transfers over to our activities as well. Thanks for your cooperation.

Fall Sports/Activity pictures are in and can be picked up at the High School Office.

JH Rotating period: Wednesday will be an “A” day.

Wednesday, September 16th: Virtual Band competition at 1:30 p.m. at football field in O’Neill. HS Band students will be dismissed at 12:15 p.m. to go eat, then to go over to OHS to dress and warm up. Students should be back to school at 1:45 p.m.

Confirmation Parent and Student Meeting, Wednesday, September 16, at 7:00 p.m. in the Parish Hall.

Thursday, September 17th: Softball (JV/V) at Leigh-Highway 91 – 5:00 p.m. (girls will be dismissed at 1:20 pm, leave at 2:00 p.m.). Football at SMH with Niobrara-Verdigre at 7:00 p.m.

Friday, September 18th: No School – Teacher In-service. Cross Country (JH/HS) at OHS Invite – 3:30 p.m. (Parent’s Night). Volleyball (A) at SMH with Spalding Academy – 4:00 p.m.
