Congratulations to the Volleyball team for their wins over Santee and Niobrara-Verdigre last night.

The 8th graders have worked on their Patriots Pens essays.

All of the essays' will go to the Holt County Contest in October.

Today: Virtual Band competition at 1:30 p.m. at football field in O’Neill. HS Band students will be dismissed at 12:15 p.m. to go eat, then to go over to OHS to dress and warm up. Students should be back to school at 1:45 p.m.

Reminder: Cell phones are to be turned off and left in your locker from 8:00 am - 3:30 pm. Phones that are on and/or ringing in lockers will be confiscated and the device policy in the handbook will be in effect.

We will be having our Homecoming Candidate picture for the Holt County Independent this Thursday, September 17th after lunch. All seniors will need to dress up that day as we will be taking the picture for the paper.

Just a reminder for athletes and students in the building after school. We need to make sure that we are wearing our face coverings before/after practices while we are in the building. We have been doing an excellent job throughout the school day and want to make sure that this transfers over to our activities as well. Thanks for your cooperation.

Friday, September 18th: No School – Teacher In-service. Cross Country (JH/HS) at OHS Invite – 3:30 p.m. (Parent’s Night). Volleyball (A) at SMH with Spalding Academy – 4:00 p.m.

Saturday, September 19th: SMH JH Volleyball Tournament – 8:00 a.m. Girls Golf at Albion – 10:00 a.m. Softball – O’Neill/Pierce Invite at Pierce – 10:00 a.m.
